Internet Equipment & Office Administration Manager
Looking for someone to assist and implement the tasks described below on a continual basis.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain equipment inventory
• List equipment onto eBay and other specialty sites
• Enter data into the computer from sources such as emails, magazines, websites, notes, etc.
• Create, organize and maintain company documents such as paper files, invoices, proposals, etc.
• Answer and make a small amount of phone calls, as needed
• Internet blogging and minor marketing help
• Assist with misc. office admin tasks as needed
• Keep the offices organized, clean, and help to keep a pleasant atmosphere!
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of eBay
• Strong understanding of internet search
• Fast and accurate typing a must
• Very self sufficient
• Good multi-tasking skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent computer skills w/ knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drugscreen
